It was in June 1988 when a friend of mine asked me to call in and see his next-door neighbour, she was an elderly lady who lived on her own. The night before three men had broken into her house and held a knife to her throat while she was in bed.

 

She was so traumatised she couldn’t speak.

 

Her nephew asked me if I could fit an alarm that she could put on especially when she went to bed, this was fitted and two weeks later I called in to see her to check if everything was ok.

 

I have never seen anyone so happy, grateful, and pleased to see me.

 

So that is how it started!

 

34 years later I still have the same commitment to providing a speedy, responsive, efficient, and caring service to all our customers and protecting the vulnerable of all ages.

 

The company is run by my wife and myself together with our son who joined the business in 2015. We hope our own personal values are reflected in the service our company provides and in particular the people we employ.

 

Our staff are invaluable to us. They are pleasant, helpful, hardworking conscientious, extremely trustworthy and we think the world of them. They have all been with us a long time. The longest serving has worked for us 22 years, the latest edition for 5 years.

 

Over this time, we have built up our customer base to over 10,000, including schools, medical centres, colleges, and high-tech industries. As well as many domestic alarm systems.

 

We look forward to welcoming many more customers and providing the good customer service, which we are so very proud of.
